Two Dead in Wisconsin School Shooting Incident
A shooting at a private Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin, resulted in the deaths of a teacher and a student on Monday morning. The victims were identified as Erin West, 42, a substitute teaching coordinator, and Rubi Vergara, 14, a freshman student. The suspect, identified as 15-year-old Natalie Rupnow, died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds after the incident. Authorities confirmed she had possession of two handguns, though the source of the weapons remains under investigation. Rubi Vergara, according to a funeral site statement, was involved in her family's worship band, playing keyboard and singing. She enjoyed reading and art, and shared close bonds with her pets.
