Tourist Bus Plunges Into Frozen Norwegian Lake in Deadly Winter Horror

Three people have died after a bus crashed into Norway's Åsvatnet lake in the Hadsel district along the northwestern coast, local police have confirmed. The incident occurred at approximately 13:30 local time (12:30 GMT). The bus, carrying 58 passengers, many of whom were foreign nationals, veered off the E10 road and partially submerged in the lake. In addition to the three fatalities, authorities reported four passengers sustained serious injuries. Emergency services transported three individuals to Stokmarknes Hospital via rescue helicopter, while the remaining passengers were evacuated to a nearby school.
