10-Year Mystery: This $70M Deal Could Finally Reveal MH370’s Secrets

Malaysia's government has announced preliminary approval for a new search operation to locate Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, which disappeared a decade ago with 239 passengers and crew members aboard. Transport Minister Anthony Loke revealed that the cabinet has approved a $70 million (£56 million) agreement with Ocean Infinity, a US-based marine exploration company. The search will operate under a "no find, no fee" arrangement, meaning the company will receive payment only upon locating the aircraft. The new search will focus on a 15,000-square-kilometer area in the southern Indian Ocean.
