Two teenagers have been charged with aggravated assault following a violent attack on a man in Winnipeg on Friday evening. Police responded to a call on the 300 block of Keenleyside Street around 7:45 p.m. and found a man in his 20s with serious upper-body injuries. Officers provided immediate medical assistance, applying two tourniquets before the victim was transported to a hospital in unstable condition. He has since stabilized after receiving significant medical treatment.   The police investigation revealed that the victim was leaving a residence where he had been socializing when he was chased outside by three unknown males from another suite.
